Our Story
Monark Works was born out of years leading in environments where clarity and execution meant everything. As early executives in a fast-growing space company, we experienced firsthand the challenges of scaling organizations through rapid growth, transformation, and uncertainty.
We saw how trust, collaboration, and strategic execution could turn chaos into progress—and how often leaders needed a partner to help make that happen.
That’s why we created Monark Works: to bring that experience forward, help leaders cut through complexity, and align vision with execution in a way that delivers results that last.

Trusted Advisor for High-Stakes Organizations
Monica is a seasoned leader known for bringing clarity and movement when it matters most. With a career spent guiding organizations through growth, change, and complex challenges, she brings a steady, trusted approach to both strategy and execution.
She joined a commercial aerospace startup as one of its first 30 employees and spent five years helping it scale to nearly 1,300, including contractors. In that time, Monica worked across both program and enterprise leadership. She first supported the Station Development Program and CTO, stepping in to lead as Acting Program Manager during a critical phase of execution. She later served as Chief of Staff to both the CEO and President, guiding enterprise-wide initiatives in financial planning, organizational design, and governance as the company grew through rapid transformation.
Her work earned trust at the highest levels because she combines sharp execution with a people-centered approach.
At Monark Works, Monica focuses on four core areas: strategic integration, executive partnership & alignment, operational excellence, and scaling teams & organizations.
